Consultations are required for new guests or anyone who hasn’t had color done with us before. They’re complimentary, about 15 minutes, and help us plan your service time based on current color, goals, length, and hair condition. Consultations can often be done by email and are bookable online.

Ear Piercing

We offer professional ear piercing using Studex. There are a range of fashionable styles and sizes. This is for earlobes only. (ages 6 months & up) Parental consent required for anyone under 18 years of age.

Please notify the salon by phone at least 48 hours in advance of all cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to accommodate for other guests who maybe waiting for an appointment. We understand emergencies come up and will work with you to the best of our ability. In some situations the fees may be waived, please communicate with us.

No- Shows: Forfeit the full deposit.

First time late cancellation: Subject to 50% of the scheduled service cost.

Repeat late cancellations: Charged 100% fee of scheduled services cost, which must be paid before rescheduling.

Re-do's: If you are not completely satisfied with your services contact the salon directly within 7 days. We will be happy to adjust any areas of concern to ensure you are happy with the result. Please note we do not offer refunds for the services rendered.

We strongly encourage parents or guardians to be present during the consultation for any teen or young adult planning to receive a chemical hair service. Today’s youths are heavily influenced by social media, fashions trends and hair coloring techniques have evolved significantly over the years. Style such as Balayage, and baby lights often involve root smudges, and low lighting requiring multiple steps and specialized processes.
