To ensure we are holding the correct time needed to accomplish your hair color goals, without overlapping into another guests appointment time. We want to be sure the look you're going for is achievable with what you currently have. We will also go over pricing and alternatives services if needed. Chrome Salon NY does offer session packages, take a look online to see if one of packages sounds like it meets what you are looking for. The consultation is complimentary and takes about 15-20 minutes.

Salon Policies

Please notify the salon by phone 48 hours in advance of all cancellations. This allows CHROME SALON NY time to book guests waiting to be seen. There is a cancellation fee for all NO SHOWS: 50% fee of expected services first time; 100% fee of expected services thereafter. Without notice you will be subject to loss of deposit and/or required to leave a deposit for future appointments.
